A.A sir, I have been for interview for almost a dozen times in the commission.the objection is that the memebers of the pennels ask question, but do not answer the question if a condidate fail to answer correctly.They should tell about the true answer to a question for the satisfaction and future use of the condidate. for exaple questions frequently asked were, what is the difference b/w FATA & FR. The obvious answer is that fata is divided into two parts i.e 7 Agecies and 6 FRs and FR is also the part of fata. But the the interviewer was not agree with it. here he should have told the condidate about the correct answer. again a question was aked that what r the reasons that fata is under federal govt. the condidate told the reasons like, geostrategic condition,development of the area, the desire of the locals but he was not agree. here too the condidate was not made satisfied with the appropriate answer. please, these pratical sugestions should be given proper consideration. So that right people can b selected for right jobs.

the NWFP public have done good to improve there site but i dont seee ant place were i can find the old advertisments so if possible the advertisment accordig to year be placed on the site
all the above mentioned tips are excellent. improvement is necessary. clothing style should be the officially recommended style of the govt of pakistan.it is Black n White pant,shirt with redesh toy.
